The mission of the Radiologic Technology program is to provide an undergraduate level program of higher education that will produce competent graduates with the skills required to succeed in the field of radiography. Upon completion of the program, students will be prepared to take the national certification exam, administered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). In addition to exhibiting technical expertise and the safe use of ionizing radiation, graduates will provide high-quality patient care and leadership to their individual career path. The faculty and staff are committed to providing a supportive environment for all students which is advantageous to the development of a desire for independent learning, enhancing the diverseness of all students’ development and ability to reach their full potential.
