If at all possible, students should take Computer Placement Tests (CPTs) and/or Diagnostics, English Comp. I CLEP essay, and the English Proficiency Exam on the SWOSU campus. However, students who live too far away may ask another college/university’s testing center staff to proctor the test(s). The student should inform the SWOSU Assessment Center staff of the Testing Center that has agreed to proctor (testing fees may apply) by providing the information below.
This questionnaire should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the requested appointment
. Please be aware that when the SWOSU campus is closed, there will be a delay in processing your request.
