The SWOSU Assessment Center proctors exams for other institutions upon scheduling availability. Appointments should be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Proctoring Schedule

Monday thru Friday*
8:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon,
1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
5:00 p.m.
*Depending on room availability.
Examinee Proctoring Fees (subject to change):
$10 per test to be paid at the SWOSU Business Office (examinee should bring the receipt to the testing appointment)
Fee is waived for SWOSU employees and his/her dependents as well as for military personnel and his/her dependents (Military ID required).
There is an additional $10 re-scheduling fee for each rescheduled test.
For proctoring, SWOSU Assessment Center staff members need the following information. The
