SWOSU’s Studio Art programs facilitate student creativity while teaching technique and artistic development. Students have the opportunity to study a variety of different mediums and may pursue a B.F.A. in either two-dimensional or three-dimensional studio art.
2-D and 3-D Studio Art
Studio art majors at SWOSU may study both two-dimensional and three-dimensional art styles in courses that teach drawing, painting, sculpting, print making, photography, multimedia, and more! Our knowledgable and experienced instructors are always happy to help students with their artistic exploration and development.
Why Study at SWOSU?
SWOSU offers studio space and small class sizes where students can work one-on-one
with instructors and fellow students
in a hands-on environment. Clubs and activities on campus also give students an opportunity
to be involved with their community. We encourage student’s to explore their own unique
talents as they develop as an artist.
