Faculty Recital Planned this Sunday at SWOSU

A faculty recital featuring Dr. David Bessinger, percussion, and Dr. Richard Tirk, trumpet, will be held this Sunday afternoon, March 10, at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford.

The public is invited to the free recital at 2 p.m. in the Berrong Recital Hall of the Music Building.

This newly-formed duo will perform works in a variety of styles from the baroque period to cutting-edge new music. Composers will include J.S. Bach, Maurice Ravel, James Stephenson, Kelly Rossum and Alec Wilder.
