BCS Executive Director Speaks at SWOSU PLC Event

Bill Hancock, executive director of the Bowl Championship Series (BCS), spoke before a full house at the annual President’s Leadership Class banquet held recently at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford. SWOSU’s sixth PLC was honored at the event and Hancock, who has deep personal and family connections with SWOSU, spoke about his unique double-double at the upper echelon of intercollegiate athletics. He was the first full-time director of the NCAA Final Four and is now the first executive director of the BCS.
