SWOSU Student Teachers Working with 65 Different Schools

Southwestern Oklahoma State University’s Department of Education in Weatherford is sending out 57 student teachers to work with approximately 80 cooperating teachers from 65 different schools in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas. The students are doing their practice teaching assignments from February 13 through May 4. Seven of the students are majoring in early childhood, 30 in elementary education, one in English education, one in history education, eight in kinesiology, three in math education, four in instrumental music education, one in science education and two in special education.  For more information, contact Bruce Belanger, coordinator of student teaching, at 580-774-3146 or bruce.belanger@swosu.edu Among the students teachers are
