SWOSU Nursing Students Hold Dental Health Day at Burcham

Southwestern Oklahoma State University School of Nursing students recently held Dental Health Teach Day at Burcham Elementary School in Weatherford. SWOSU student Janae Chittum uses a puppet to teach dental health to a group of Burcham Elementary students.

Junior nursing students in a pediatric nursing class conducted the day. Among the students participating were (from left): Kayla Payne, Carla Parker, Carol Garrison, Brianna Richardson, Cassie Birket and Janae Chittum.
