Rankin Rowdy T-Shirts and Theme Nights Planned at SWOSU

Rankin Rowdy t-shirts are now on sale as basketball season gets in full swing at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford.

The t-shirts are part of several game-spirit themes planned by the SWOSU Collegiate Activities Board.

Rankin Rowdy t-shirts will be available at home basketball games while supplies last. Also, they are available for $10 in the SWOSU Dean of Students Office in Room 214 of Stafford Center. At the games, every 20th student of the first 200 that comes to the game will get a free Rankin Rowdy t-shirt. Students who wear the shirt to the basketball games get one free soda at each game plus "Rankin Rowdy Regalia."

Theme nights planned for upcoming games include:

January 9 West Texas A & M-Kingsville "Hackie the Javelinas"
Each Rankin Rowdy gets hackie sack
January 13 West Texas A & M-Commerce "Lei out the Lions"
Each Rankin Rowdy gets SWOSU lei
January 27 East Central "Tumble the Tigers"
Each Rankin Rowdy gets a SWOSU 24 oz. tumbler
February 6 Cameron "Aggravate the Aggies"
Spirit poster competition with grand prize being a blue ray DVD player
February 10 University of Central Oklahoma "Hunt the Bronchos"
Each Rankin Rowdy gets cammo gear
February 20 Southeastern "Chase the Storm"
Each Rankin Rowdy gets a SWOSU poncho
February 27 Northeastern "Hoop the Hawks Night"
Rankin Rowdies eligible for PS3 giveaway....hoola hoop contest at halftime will determine winner
