London Researches in Turkey and Lebanon

Southwestern Oklahoma State University art instructor Joe London recently spent time in Turkey and Lebanon on a research trip examining the comparative differences in style, function and construction of window glass in Islamic Mosques predominately of the Ottoman period. London is pictured at the Hagia Sophia in Istanbul, Turkey. London has created stained and leaded glass for the past 30 years and is past chairman of the SWOSU Art Department.
