SWOSU Students Needing Transcripts Should Request by May 8

Southwestern Oklahoma State University Registrar Bob Klaassen has issued a reminder to students who need a transcript at the end of the current spring semester that they need to request one by Friday, May 8. 

SWOSU will be making upgrades on its computer system from May 8-14, so transcripts will not be printed during this time frame. 

All students may leave a request for transcripts anytime by filling out the "Request for a Transcript" form and checking the box which says "Send at the end of the semester."   The process can be done on the SWOSU web page at the following link http://www.swosu.edu/administration/registrar/reg-forms.asp.

Klaassen said the requested transcripts will be mailed on May 11. Transcripts requested after May 8 through May 14 will not be available until Thursday, May 14, at 12 noon.

Students will also not be able to check grades on Campus Connect during the May 8-14 period.
