Bouldering Competition This Wednesday at SWOSU

A bouldering competition on the rock-climbing wall will be held this Wednesday, March 28, in the Wellness Center at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford.

Admission is free to the competition, but sponsor Collegiate Activities Board will be selling raffle tickets with all proceeds going to the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. The $3 tickets will be for prizes donated by "Backwoods" and "Sun'n'Ski Sports.”

Morgan McNeill said the competition will be held in two time slots, one from 2-6 p.m. and then 6-10 p.m. There will be three divisions in both men’s and women’s competition, including: beginner, intermediate and advanced. Prize money will be given in each division: $40 for beginner, $60 for intermediate and $100 for advanced.

SWOSU students can sign up at the Wellness Center front desk.
