SWOSU Tri Beta Named Outstanding Chapter

Southwestern Oklahoma State University’s chapter of Beta Beta Beta Biological Society has been designated an outstanding chapter by the national organization.

The award is given to recognize excellent programming in advancing the objectives of Beta Beta Beta: the support of sound scholarship, the dissemination of scientific knowledge and the promotion of research in biology.

Faculty sponsors of the Delta Sigma chapter at SWOSU are Sue Ball and Dr. Bill Seibert.

The award will be presented at the spring district convention, according to Dr. Gary Wolgamott, national president of Beta Beta Beta.
