Wal-Mart Gives $500 for SWOSU CE Activity

Southwestern Oklahoma State University’s personal safety training program has received a $500 donation from the Weatherford Wal-Mart.

Sam Lackey, instructor of the continuing education activity, said the funds provided protective equipment used to improve the safe practice of vital defensive skills.

The gift was part of Wal-Mart’s Community Support “Good Works” program.
