SWOSU Volleyball Team Hosting Tourney and Conducting Fundraiser

Southwestern Oklahoma State University’s women’s volleyball team will host a tournament this Saturday, March 25, featuring schools from Oklahoma.

The public is invited to the action that begins at 9 a.m. in Rankin Williams Field house. Admission is free. Games will continue until 6 p.m.

Schools that will compete are Redlands Community College, Cameron University, Northern Oklahoma College-Enid, Seminole State College and SWOSU.

SWOSU completed its first season of competition in volleyball during the 2005-06 year. SWOSU coach Bo Pagliasotti said the volleyball team members are currently having a fund raiser to raise money for book scholarships for next season. The team is selling Okarche Cinnamon Rolls and cookie dough pails.
