Gaydosik Celebrates New Book

Tara Havins (right) won a reference book at a recent launch party for Southwestern Oklahoma State University’s Dr. Victoria Gaydosik (left), who was celebrating the publication of her first book, “20th-Century British Novel.” Displays of novels by writers throughout the British Commonwealth were showcased at the reception, which featured British-themed finger foods prepared by Gaydosik’s sister and chef, Samantha Nunnery. A copy of the book was also presented to the Al Harris Library on the SWOSU campus. Gaydosik is an associate professor in the SWOSU Language Arts Department. The reception was sponsored by the SWOSU English Club.
