The Encyclopedia contains articles written by leading scholars of Oklahoma's past and culture. Articles can be searched or browsed by subject and historical period. The Encyclopedia is published by the Oklahoma Historical Society.

Funk and Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia
An encyclopedia for basic information on over 25,000 articles. Full text for each record may be easily accessed by double clicking on the topic from the display. This database is updated annually.
