Southwestern Support Personnel Organization
What is SSPO?
Southwestern Support Personnel Organization is comprised of support personnel employees of the University. Support Personnel are generally defined as those employees who are not faculty or administrative officers. The purpose of the organization is to enable the support personnel to participate in the achievement of the goals of Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
Meetings
SSPO has biannual general meetings, one in the Fall and one in the Spring, open to all support personnel.The Executive Committee meets no less than six times a year.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is comprised of the following officers (see By-Laws for additional details):
- Chair (two-year term)
- Chair-Elect (one-year term)
- Past-Chair (one-year term)
- Secretary (two-year term)
- Chairs of the Standing Committees (two-year term)
