Basketball Games Postponed

WEATHERFORD, Okla. - Southwestern Oklahoma State University's scheduled basketball doubleheader at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant has been postponed one day to  Thursday, Jan. 29. The two teams were to meet today (Wednesday, Jan. 28) but icy road conditions between Durant and Weatherford forced the change.

Tipoff for the women's game will be at 6 p.m. with the men to follow at 8 p.m. The game will be broadcast on KWEY 95.5 FM with John Liddle providing all the play-by-play action.

Both SWSOU teams will next play at home Saturday, Jan. 31 when they host East Central University. Tipoff for the women's game is at 2 p.m. In between games, the five newest members into the SWOSU Athletic Hall of Fame will be inducted in a special midcourt ceremony. The SWOSU men will then take to the court shortly after 4 p.m.
