Procedures for CD/DVD Duplication

  1. To request CD/DVD duplication services from Web Services, complete and submit a CD/DVD Duplication Services Request form.
  2. Call and schedule an appointment to discuss details for the CD/DVD project at (580) 774-3179. For pricing information, see the CD/DVD Duplication Services page.
  3. Arrangements for payment must be made prior to duplicating.
  4. A master copy of the CD/DVD MUST be provided by the requesting department or organization.
  5. Upon completion of the project, the CDs/DVDs will be given to the department all at one time in jewel cases.
  6. An invoice will be prepared by Web Services and given to the department or organization.
